Cup Day Feeds
Just spent the last several days doing catering contracting for cup day here in CHCH. Its been great to get out of the classroom and into some real cooking in a real kitchen for a real Exec Chef.
What a blast, I'm totaly shagged now, been on my feet since 4AM, But waht a day
Theres a crazy energy in a busy kitchen that is just infectious, I am starting to see why people love cooking for a living, no job I have ever had have I worked a 14 hour day at breakneck speed and still been smiling at the end of it. Fuckin ripper
Ah well off to bed, back in class early tomorrow to start the pastry section of my course.
