Way overdue, I know.

So I was thinking about all the places I have to go to check my various e-mail addresses and such and realised I've really only been checking them, I haven't been responding to very much.

I know all of you have your own lives to lead and all that, but I like to know what you're up to, so I'm sure you like to hear what's going on down here, too. :)

I am glad to hear everything is going so well for you guys. The hardest part about being someplace new with such a diverse culture is figuring out where to go or what you want to see next. Then there are always the weekends spent looking around and getting psuedo lost.

On a side note, if you feel like sharing, I would love to see some of your paintings.

Are you on myspace? I'm planning to put up a bunch of my paintings there when they're finished.

Plug for charity: :) If you don't already know, I'll be selling any and all of my artwork, photography or painted, and sending the proceeds to www.BigCatRescue.org. So, if you like any, tell me, and we could work something out. Right now, they're mostly seascapes and nature scenes. Even if you know anyone interested in artwork, let me know. :)

I'm glad to hear you're adjusting to your new life so well and that you're having no difficulty making new friends -- you may think it odd, but considering how personable and charming you are, I'm not surprised in the least. Chris, on the other hand... [grin]

you are too much fun. I wish more women would be able to see that in you.
I am so sorry to hear about the ice-storm! God, how awful to have cancelled the first night of the show!

On a different note, have you ever heard of the band The Decemberists? I really think you'd enjoy them. I recently picked up a copy of their album The Crane Wife, and it's all civil-war-ish type of songs; not the sound, necessarilly, but the lyrics. I can't turn it off. :) Just a thought.

*hugs*

I'm confused about how Heroes helps you talk to Jenn. Is she the cheerleader? Will she save the world?

I'm glad things are going well for you. :) *hugs*

She is, in fact, the cheerleader! ;)

We call each other after every episode to talk about it. We're both obsessed with it. :)

Thanks sweetie! Miss you soo much though.
