Knee Problems

Last summer, I hurt my knee while playing ultimate frisbee at Zahar's place. I stepped down on my leg wrong & heard a "pop" sound in my knee. I couldn't put any weight on the leg for the rest of the night, as I left I could just limp on it. I limped around for a week & then it slowly got better & was fine. if you're really eager about working out asap, maybe try an elliptical? They're supposed to be easier on your joints than just running, and it works the entire body. If that's even too much, swimming laps is a great work out & really shouldn't hurt anything too much.

the workout place at my apt doesn't have an elliptical, just a step-master type thingy, several treadmills, a stationary bike thing, & a weight-lifting thing.

i think i will try swimming laps on nice days tho. :)

Just be super careful. I know it may be tempting to do something, but you don't want to cause more damage and end up having surgery or something, trust me that's not fun and it would suck to be on crutches and not be able to walk all summer :-( Good luck!!
