I have a love/hate relationship with my body & the way I look. Its a mostly hate relationship. I don't know why I can't just be completely comfortable in my own body the way it is.

Results from my knee stuff: Lateral Patellar Syndrome, if that's the correct term. Basically means that my knee-cap moves up & to the outside of my body as I walk/move instead of just straight up. No surgery needed, just physical therapy 3x/week til the end of July to strengthen my muscles & prevent re-injury or surgery ( Read more... )

So, I had my doctor's appointment today to see what was wrong with my knee. They took some X-rays to make sure that everything looked ok bone/knee cap-wise, & everything was fine there (he my knees were actually pretty healthy according to the X-rays). Last summer, I hurt my knee while playing ultimate frisbee at Zahar's place. I stepped down on my leg wrong & heard a "pop" sound in my knee. I couldn't put any weight on the leg for the rest of the night, as I left I could just limp on it. I limped around for a week & then it slowly got better & was fine.
