[.... not very good at all. Sokka is walking by when he sees this girl in a dress, armed with two swords, in the company of a huge big black ball of chain with teeth... trying to act sneaky. Should he say something about this? The way she's going around that building is so beyond obvious.]

[No, no, she's being extremely good at it. She's convinced of it. She's not going to notice Sokka though, or anyone staring, if she looks around then they will for sure notice her.]

[The comment surprises her, she was being sneaky, no one was supposed to see her!]

[Well, attempting to be sneaky is one thing, and Adell notices her. But he doesn't really pay her too much mind at first, content to let Elizabeth be on her way.

...But the big Chomp following behind her is something else. It would recognize Adell. And it wouldn't like him very much. How does it... and Lizzie react?]

[Lizzie pays no mind to Adell, but Chomp does. She freezes in fear, still remembering the punch she received from him, but she doesn't run away. Because in her mind Adell was the one invading and attacking them, he was the bad guy, and for all Chomp knew and understood he could be after taking Lizzie from them too.

Chomp won't allow that, Lizzie is nice and her friend and takes care of her. So have Chomp basically barking angrily at Adell and moving to be between Lizzie and him. She doesn't want a fight -because she knows it will hurt and she may lose- but she's not going to allow him get close to Lizzie.

Obviously, Lizzie doesn't know what is going on and is even surprised that Chomp followed her after all. But, really, that barking and tension isn't normal in her.]

Chomp?! What's wrong?

[Adell readies himself for a defense if Chomp charges, but when it's clear it's acting as a defender, he eases up a bit. That bark is loud and would probably be blood curdling to a lot of people, but Adell keeps his cool.

...It's when Lizzie stops to talk to the large monster that Adell looks confused.]

You know this... whatever it is?

[Lizzie tries to place herself between Adell and Chomp, but the chain ball has none of it, making it clear she doesn't want Lizzie to be in a straight and free line from Adell. So the girl settles for caressing her and trying to calm her down.]

It's okay, Chomp! Calm down, he's not doing anything bad...

[Whatever it is, how rude. And how close to what she thought at first, before noticing how cute she was.]

Ah, don't worry. This is Chomp, she's my friend, she won't hurt you it's just... She seems to think you'll do something bad to me.

[Though Lizzie has been off her radar for a while, mostly due to Bern's lamenting of one of more interesting people in Luceti leaving being related to the girl, once Bern catches sight of her entering the dome she wonders for a moment if she should pass by and ignore or not.

[By now she has noticed that Chomp was following, and gave up on trying to send it back home when the creature started to look hurt due her attempts. So she's not surprised about the reference, but more about what Bernkastel says.]
