Ratings for Lost Tribe and First Contact are In

Sci-fi has released the ratings for the Daniel-centric Stargate Atlantis episodes First Contact and Lost Tribe with Michael Shanks as guest star.  First Contact aired September 26th  in the usual Season 5 timeslot of 10:00 pm.  It was up against one of the presidential debates and earned a 1.1 which is about average for the season so far.

Best ratings of this season! WooHoo! We all know why that happened, don't we? ;-) I'm amused that when it comes down to it, TPTB know who draws viewers. Hee.

ROLF! No I didn't notice that! LOL. I'm going to have to look for that when I watch it again. That's certainly a "tell" isn't it? ;-)

I think the only reason that part 1, First Contact, was low was because of the Presidential debate. I know quite a few die-hard Daniel fans who watched the debate live and recorded the show. Wonder if the 1.1 is the figure that includes watching it later?

I've got that same question about how much difference messing with the schedule made. Also - I'd LOVE to see what the ratings were for the re-play of First Contact immediately prior to Lost Tribe's first airing. I know I made sure to watch both together. Wonder how many other folks did too?

That's definitely what I'm hoping. I wonder how Sanctuary fared that night. That was its second episode and it followed right after this 1.5 ep. Wonder if Sanctuary held onto the audience.

Come to think of it, we've seen the ratings for Sanctuary's premiere, but not this second ep,but those ratings have to be in now because we have the ratings for Lost Tribe.
