I wanted to ask this earlier but I didn't think it'd be right with all of the commotion going on about the sheep... Why do people count them to get to sleep? There are more insects than mammals. Those would be more of a challenge and would put me to sleep. I know it's silly. If I don't ask though, I won't get an answer.

Imagining insects jumping over a fence isn't comforting to some, I would guess.

...No more big things, at least. Strange is inescapable.

They would crawl up and over. Most of them would.

It would take a while. I'd fall asleep before I finished imagining three or four bugs crawling over fences.
