It amazes me sometimes, how much we're our younger selves no matter how old we get. I've been busy today, mostly with weekend stuff, but in the background a few things have been happening.

First, I've been listening to songs performed by the bands that made them famous, and then the covers from Glee... and maybe sometimes watching the Glee videos

Today as I was poking through my folders I came across Sandy's 1997 Escapade convention report. I keep finding them tucked away in places that I swear I've checked. So I added it.

And how could that read do anything but start my day out perfectly?!

I've been on a "humans aren't linear beings" kick lately (one of my favorite lines from the entire DS:9 series), and this reminded me why; Escapade 7 was fresh all over again--and right there Sandy was, vibrant in my mind--just from the reading.

It's always nice to see people embrace the happy. I'm so pleased for you, and also pleased about that writer's conference you'll be attending. This reminds me to send you something that just came up about a professional prospect in LA. I'm running around in very tight circles right now (or at least it feels like that in my brain) in my effort to catch up on all the things everywhere, but if I forget to send you something in a day or two, remind me.
