And I'm beginning to wonder what the big deal was, years ago, when I feared submitting. Because this most recent dabble, I wrote in a week, between and betwixt a ridiculously hectic work schedule, got--of course--excellent feedback from Megan about making sure both characters were actually equally visible on the page. I haven't watched Sherlock yet but I know exactly what you mean about Burn Notice. Maybe my problem is I was a Bruce Campbell fangirl way before BN ever showed up so it seems preordained that I would love Sam Axe to bits. BTW, I think there were some Sam/Michael (and Sam/Michael/Fi) fic on smallfandomfest this year. :)

I mean seriously, you're going to say, "I think there was some of the fic you crave, and I'm not telling you exactly how and where to find it?" *Seriously*?

I wasn't a Bruce Campbell fangirl, and I suspect I could have really disliked him in other roles, but this one, he's pretty perfect for. Larger than life, loyal as hell, funny, sexually preoccupied... it's a lovely, lovely role. And Mike/Jesse offends me (only because it cropped up so fast amidst the paucity of fic for the "first" pairing).

Centered around Chris and Vin on a road trip, with obligatory porn!sex when they return home. This universe seems to lend itself very easily to *plots*, which--amusing, to me and my history of writing Deep Conversations in white, windowless rooms.

heh! i've already read it a couple of times, and i love it! of course, it's also why i'm play-nagging you to write more in the Skip Trace universe. i really do like how the plot and the porn come together so seamlessly in this universe. :-) and you're a superb writer in general, so that's a great plus.

i'm so glad you've got more of that 'verse in your head, though, because as i said, i *love* it. :)
