Marilyn and I ended this 'day of rest' by going to get tacos (to go) at the Burrito House. Then we drove downtown and watched the fireworks on our way, then without stopping, headed home to eat. The smoke is really making my ability to breath very difficult. I can not believe how bad it is. I cried about the poor brave firefighters who died and were burned so bad. They are so brave to do that job and then we lose them. I am so glad you had a nice day of rest.

Bad news for us Candy's car will not drive at all and must get fixed right away. I am not sure what is wrong with it, but she does have a pretty good mechanic and we have Triple AAA to get them to tow it there so we are lucky with that at least. Always something with a car and a house. So Sorry about your monitor.
