Well, we (finally) got Marilyn's new phone set up. She's had it for ages, but it's such a pain to transfer everything from an old phone

Sorry I could not bring myself to go out to dinner in that heat with no air in the car. Hope I can get that fixed without it costing me an arm and a leg. I have not been hungry at all and only had two yogurts today. Sorry about poor Marilyn in the terrible traffic. The traffic in Portland is really bad all of the time now. Glad you got your nails done.

When I got my wife a new phone last year the sales guy said "Once I hand this to you, the old phone stops working."
It was a good warning.
