Issues with the VOIP/Shoretel Phones at Work

Today I got to spend a couple of hours (plus) on the issues with our phones at the office. Boy, are they screwed up! And the resolution may end up taking more time and costing us some support $$$. But Marilyn will help me resolve it, one way or another

If this keeps happening maybe you should switch to cellphones instead. At this point they aren't much more expensive.

I am not sure if it would have been better to stay with the telephone company which now would be Century Link, but then for the internet which you need I would think Comcast would have been the best, but I would not know anymore. It is such a different world of telecommunications. It is a pain to have phone trouble or the internet down for you.
