I really wish they'd given Merlin more braincells. So far he is a powerful socerer, but not the sharpest one, eventhoug it's very cute how blind and oblivious Merlin is in his devotion and love for Arthur

They both need more brain cells! And I hope they won't drag out the whole oblivious!Arthur too long, because it gets less and less believable that he wouldn't suspect something. It risks being as weird as no one noticing Clark Kent is Superman...

Merlin definitely has a one track mind! *g*

Oh yes, indeed. It definitely shows how vast the span of fanfiction is; from the truly trivial to a story about a fictional African civil war. From the worst writing you've ever encountered, to the very, very best. :)

It's alright for Arthur to not have brain cells yet, he's supposed to grow from idiot to great King... but Merlin definitely needs a few more. Much as I heart him.

Arthur's mostly an idiot when it comes to Merlin. Maybe Merlin purposely makes him stupider so he won't see his magic... *g*
