Wooooo! Game of Thrones! I just finished Feast for Crows a few months ago, and now I am waiting for the next book to come out. I too am worried about his old ass dying before he finishes the series.
I'm halfway through the second book, but at this point I'm rooting for Dany to get an army together, take her dragons and take over everything. Things just don't go well for her, and I feel sorry for her. Hopefully it all turns around.
yeah, stuff moves really slow. i've started to think of it as half plot-driven and half-character driven, because of that. i really like the dany chapters. i kinda wanna start spelling my name dany instead of dani because of it! ;)
