Though I did not feel fine this morning, I felt good enough to carry on.  Did Pilates, ran 3 miles.

Watched the new Castle episode while on the treadmill.  I miss Montgomery already...and I have to say ~skip to next paragraph to avoid any hint of spoiler~ I pretty much loathe the "I'm keeping this extremely important information away from X person ( Read more... )

*more mini-spoilers here*

I like the "Castle" premiere, but I agree with you on that plot line. I get that the writers want to draw it out, but there are plenty of better ways - Castle has kept things from her before, and that did *not* go well. Quite the opposite.

Have to say that I saw the ending coming. But Michael Dorn was the psychologist! :D So I hope he comes back a couple times, even if he's showing his age and making me feel old too, lol.

Good luck with the writing. Every day I come home, determined to write, and I can barely stand to kick my brain into gear, much less try to be creative. Le sigh.

It rarely goes well. Sometimes one can see the justification--it this last episode it felt forced and stupid. I didn't even notice it was Michael Dorn! Now I must go back and watch the last five minutes :) I don't know how I missed recognizing that voice.

I had the luxury of a fairly empty week, so I took advantage. When life is busy, I usually punt. Good luck setting aside some creative time :)

I agree whole-heartedly with the Castle assessment. As much as I loved the episode, I can't wait until next week - when things seem to be getting back to the basics (Comics! Snarky retorts! Excited!Castle and Exasperated!Beckett!)

This post needs moar pics of kitties.
