Oh Man...

I think I'm getting a cold.  A bit of a runny nose, combined with that scratchy throat thing, topped off by vague hints of body aches.  It's been a while since I've had a virus, so I guess I'm due.  We'll see what's up in the morning.  Either I'll be normal and laugh in the face of illness  HA HA!, or I'll feel like human garbage and spend the day ( Read more... )

You know, you could just turn around and re-watch everything with Nathan Filion in it....just sayin'. :)

Hope you aren't getting sick - drink some whiskey and tell it who is the boss around there! XD

I still have Dr. Horrible and we are planning on having the family watch Firefly together. Then I'll move back to anime.

I don't feel any worse today, so I think I may have dodged a bullet :) Good, because I got my plate all cleared for writing the rest of the week, and staying abed in misery won't finish this chapter.

Glad to see from your comment that you're feeling better this morning. It's that time of year when sickness abounds after the kids return to school. I've had the scratchy throat thing going for a week and a half now. It's really irritating. Two other people in my office are full blown sick. I hose them down with Lysol and tell them to stay away from me.

Leftovers are one of the world's best creations for moms. I can't imagine living in a time of no refrigeration where I'd have to cook every day. Sounds like misery to me. We have leftover homemade Mac&Cheese on the menu tonight. Gotta love easy!

Best of luck finishing the chapter, then filling in the holes and polishing!

For a head cold, this one seems pretty minor...though I'm not going to tempt fate by assuming all will be good tomorrow. I don't know where this came from--usually I pick up whatever virus Scout brings home from school, but she has been fine.

Leftovers are the gift that keeps on giving :)

Thanks! The edit for this will be big, but I'm almost done with this story. Thank god.
