If you would like help from the technical person in your office, consider asking the question you actually want answered. For example, if you ask a question like, "Is there some reason my [application] isn't working?", the technical answer is, "Well, yes, probably". Did that help you ( Read more... )

We love those questions...for precisely the type of answers you mentioned.

e.g. "Where do logs go?"

Vague memory of actual answer provided - "Most go to building houses and making paper, though some go to furniture and other items."

Though it WAS stpookie that asked the question, so I had a bit more leeway than I would have with some others...
