[It didn't take chaos long from waking up to realize something seemed off somehow. It wasn't that he was back in Mayfield, he wasn't quite sure if he'd actually left, but he knew the dates were way off from what they had been the last time he recalled, and he had tended to keep track pretty steadily. If you could tell me what occurred in the last month, I would appreciate it. And yes, I was here before. In fact, if it had not been for the droning, I believe it would be near a year now.

Of course.

Since I've arrived, there was a "communist" scare. Jane Smith was killed. Shortly thereafeter--and I'm not certain how they did it--everyone in town felt a need to reveal their darkest secrets. Some also announced that they were communists.

Shortly after that, Officer Grady died apprehending Evan Olney, the alleged communist. Since then, the Mayor has been out and about in town far more often..

Strange... And neither Jane Smith nor Officer Grady has reappeared on the scene? And besides that, I'm fairly sure information pointed to Evan Olney being Officer Grady...

A few of them. I was told there was a communist scare, that Jane Smith and Officer Grady had been killed, Grady while looking for a communist named Evan Olney. That and it seems Mayfield pulled something on everyone again, relating to secrets. Was this all, or was there more?

At the moment, I mostly just feel relief to be honest. As strange as it sounds, I fear leaving people behind far more than I do this place. Also, the person I mentioned to you once who is aware of who I am... he has returned as well.

And yes, I woke just a little bit ago. It seems I have moved homes.
