Went to shop for some gourmet ingredients at Whole Foods today. As usual (because it is the way to my heart,) I bee-lined to the cheese counter. Any recipe can be made better with a large serving of cheese. My favorite thing to do is to try one new block of weird, foreign, unpronounceable cheese whenever I can.
