Just out of curiosity, I reread my own stories today (rose, then snake) - its been so long, I didn't even remember them anymore.  And what do you know, I got hooked by my own stories - can't believe I wrote so well so many years ago, and I wish the story had continued, as I myself wanted to continue reading. Duh

the 1st day, what I wrote seemed to be really good stories. but then a couple of days later, when I re-read them again, they seem awfully inadequate ... sigh, guess I'm not that good of a writer after all. Just as well that I didn't finish the story - would've screwed it up more and more.
