i love how the mice are looking right at your cheese! you have such a creative flair, i think you really should spend more time looking into design as more than a hobby :)

happy new year dear xiaoqi! it was nice knowing you in 2009. thank you for the "cyber" friendship!

hello yina, happy new year too! :) thanks for being so sweet, i'm glad i left a comment on your blog that fateful day so we got to become online friends. i guess for now, designing is just an interest for me. i might choose to pursue it in the future, depending on my financial circumstances.

happy 2010, xiaoqi (and yina) :)

cool cardi there. how many ways have you worn it? i was thinking if perhaps it'd be better to wear it unbuttoned with your tank and mini combo. won't be as eye-catching for sure. i'd likely wear the cardi your way over a sheerer and longer top. bottoms can be either long or short. just my take.

hi cheng, happy new year! :) i have only worn my cardigan two ways (totally unbuttoned and the "ruffled" way) and only three times or so. even though it's made to be versatile, it has become quite a useless piece of garment for me because it's too thin to protect me from the cold in an air-conditioned room. you could say its versatility has been offset by its poor functionality.

i understand what you mean, it's like there's too much concentrated in one area now, what with the ruffles on my cardigan and the paperbag waist of my skirt. i can imagine somebody else wearing my cardigan this way with a long white, sheer tunic (as you said) over some leggings and sneakers. hair bunned up, emo glasses, and a bag at the nook of the elbow. to complete this romanticised picture, she would probably be a korean.

lol. i wouldn't know how koreans dress if you go by the number of korean dramas i don't watch. but i can picture what you've described.

chanelesque!!! omg so sorry i havent commented in a long time!! i dont know why i had the idea that the comment you left was by this stranger commenter in my blog, whom i tend to ignore. :P

i adore your LVER cardigan! it's so interesting how you do the flaps..it looks just awful without your magic touch like some limp factory mishap kinda discard. heeehee nah this outfit wont allow you to blend in with your peers hahaha. :)

happy belated birthday :)

hi janet, it's been a really long time. it's not actually my birthday really, the post is backdated from 28 april :) i'm slow with the progress of my style diary, at the moment i'm still stuck in may 2009. how have you been? i realised you locked your blogspot journal, cos i couldn't google it anymore :X and what are you talking about, all cardigans look limp when nobody's wearing them! haha ;) but thanks :)

don't worry, you were not the only one who left me birthday wishes recently :) it is kind of misleading, but for each style diary entry i write, i do have a date, in bold, that will tell you exactly when i wore the outfit out. most people will miss that out though. i put it down anyway, for my own reference.

your blog is taking very long to load! :(
