chanelesque!!! omg so sorry i havent commented in a long time!! i dont know why i had the idea that the comment you left was by this stranger commenter in my blog, whom i tend to ignore. :P

i adore your LVER cardigan! it's so interesting how you do the flaps..it looks just awful without your magic touch like some limp factory mishap kinda discard. heeehee nah this outfit wont allow you to blend in with your peers hahaha. :)

happy belated birthday :)

hi janet, it's been a really long time. it's not actually my birthday really, the post is backdated from 28 april :) i'm slow with the progress of my style diary, at the moment i'm still stuck in may 2009. how have you been? i realised you locked your blogspot journal, cos i couldn't google it anymore :X and what are you talking about, all cardigans look limp when nobody's wearing them! haha ;) but thanks :)

don't worry, you were not the only one who left me birthday wishes recently :) it is kind of misleading, but for each style diary entry i write, i do have a date, in bold, that will tell you exactly when i wore the outfit out. most people will miss that out though. i put it down anyway, for my own reference.

your blog is taking very long to load! :(

your blog finally loaded! i love the alice in wonderland stockings and the jumpsuit you wore to the event! you look very good in that one, and i spy the "seat belt" belt; it's chic when you pair it like that ;) your body seems to be made for wearing jumpsuits of this sort.

you mentioned "mean spirited comments" in a post, what happened? i hope it's nothing too bad.

btw, you have so many empty "link here"s in your navigation bar.. and i can't seem to navigate to older entries, which i'd love to read!

:P!!! i made my youtube autoplay, thats why it took so long! i removed another chatbox, hope it loads faster now. thanks! i got them from H&M! when u were at hongkong did u have such a crush on it?? i adore H&M haha. thanks :) i thrifted it when my dad sent the car to be scrapped. i regretted not thrifting more. the belt strap was really difficult to cut.

the mean spirited comments were on my friend's blog. i was quite a bitch but i really disliked his judgemental attitude :( it's nothing against me personally. i tend to always have conflicts D:

the archives can be found when u put the 2008_11_01_archive.html behind the whole link i.e. http://janetyang.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html just change the digits to get to the post u want. hee. i did it coz the entries of the past can be quite cringe-y.. thats how i can read blogs of people i stalk if i really wanted to ;P

i know, you told me about how you got the seat belt before! ;) nope i'm not very impressed with H&M, everytime i visit it's just blah. but i do have a white shirtdress that my mum made based on a similar one we saw at H&M, it's here: http://chanelesque.livejournal.com/29092.html
bonitochico also manufactured the same dress to sell more than a year later.

i managed to find another way to read your older entries, thanks anyway! :) i stole the link format from some other blog. your little cousin pushing the trolley is very cute. and hey don't let anybody in your cell group or wherever affect the way you are, you are living for yourself, not for others. they can be all high and mighty and say disparaging things about you, but do they really have the high moral ground to do so? on what basis do they have the right to criticise you? who wants to be serious and dried up all the time anyway, seriously? there will be no fun or pleasure in life ( ... )

ohhh i can't remember! :P! haha but i think i can recall posting an outfit with it already. i think H&Ms not very exciting now, but there's always hype when there's the designer collections which i wish to be part of it. now there's the rodarte x target one...sigh. i just wish there was h&m and target so that i won't feel i have something left out. h&m's quality is pretty nice and cheaper compared to topshop and river island. not much things on the market is whoa now but having nothing new to check out is blah to me ( ... )

i guess because we are fashion outsiders, it's always exciting to see high end designers collaborating with accessible mass market labels. how else can we have a piece of real designer stuff? speaking of which, wasn't there a Uniqlo x Jil Sander collaboration recently? and right here in singapore too! not that i particularly like it.. actually i haven't seen it. at the moment i am currently saving up for my grad trip, so i have been steering clear of all temptations to spend money on clothes, shoes and accessories. don't look = not tempted. look = bye bye wallet ( ... )
