This morning Chalain and I went to Nerdtacular 2009. It was a fan appreciation event for Scott Johnson's "My Extra Life". Scott Johnson rented a movie theater and gave away free tickets to anyone who registered (until there weren't any left). We all got to see "Star Trek" for free. I understand. I mowed the lawn two days ago. I need to mow it again tomorrow.

Some of the grass is growing close to six inches a day - thank goodness it's the St. Augustine, and that's in the horizontal direction; we need it to fill in some burned out dead patches. In about three weeks, the lawn will calm down a bit, and quit growing an inch a day (vertically).
