Home Alone

I just dropped S off at the airport.  He's on his way to Michigan for an on-site job interview (the phone interview a couple of weeks ago apparently went well).  Now I have two days home alone in which to grade some papers and make final adjustments to final exams for this week.  Whee.  *twiddles thumbs*  I have a feeling that I'm going to run out

They were. I linked to the recipe in another comment below.

And, we ended up buying dutch processed cocoa in bulk that was much more than we needed, so we've made hot chocolate a couple of times this past week. Mmm, warm and super yummy!

I used a Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen recipe that you can find here with the Vanilla Frosting recipe I used (I didn't have a vanilla bean, so I used extra vanilla as this recipe suggested) or here with a Peanut Butter Frosting.
