San Francisco Sightseeing

We're heading up the the Bay Area the next two weekends to visit people and hang out at many parties with a side-trip to Sequoia and Yosemite squeezed in between.  Of all the times that we've been up for various parties, we've never managed to actually do any of the touristy things in the Bay Area, so we're going to stay a couple of extra days at

Andrew and I are fans of the Exploratorium and Golden Gate Park. We would be happy to carpool up there, spend the day poking around and go to dinner at this great little restaurant by Golden Gate Park that serves Indian food. Do you like Indian food?

Not that we don't want to see you, but I'm treating our days in SF as relaxing "alone" days to recharge after the large social gatherings :-) Thanks for the Exploratorium suggestion though...I had seen it mentioned somewhere and I was wondering if it was good. I'm not a big Indian food fan, though.

Are we going to see you at the ABL party next weekend, or the other community party tomorrow?

Is the Winchester Mystery House anywhere along your route? I forget where exactly in NoCal it is...

It's just over in San Jose. I didn't realize it was that close. Hmm...it is pricey though, but I've always been curious about it. Thanks for the reminder!
