Hm...I've never heard of the series, and to be honest, I don't really know what's going on. But your description comes out well--the repeated imagery drives the point. Other than that, the first sentence was a bit of a mouthful, but I think it's alright.

Calling this line, if I may.

Thank you very much! And yes, that sentence is rather complicated. ^^;;;

Thank you for claiming!

Complicated, but in a descriptive sort of good thing way. ^^;

Thank you for writing it! :)

Oh my gosh. There is something rapid and tumbling and desperate here, which reminds me of the later volumes of the manga. I particularly adore the rhythm of this line: The way she kisses, like jagged, dangerous rocks falling over cliffs, that if he's not careful, she'll bleed, he'll bleed, is like all other things she does, like running, hazardous, boisterous, like talking, loud, soft. Theirs.

What a lovely drabble!

Thank you! I always love your reviews, because you always seem to get what I'm trying to do. (And yes, this time, you're right on again! <3333333)

This is totally gorgeous. Your writing is like the sound of water lapping of soft stone; natural and yet magical.

like all other things she does, like running, hazardous, boisterous, like talking, loud, soft

This hit me hard, the way gorgeous prose always does, with the intensity of something I wish I had written. You capture perfectly the faltering hurry of teen relationships, you draw the characters perfectly, their vitality and tragedy, the clenched fit the throw at life.

this small little infinite precious fleeting moment

I would use your own words to describe this drabble, a quick jewel lost in the rush of time. Well, I just wanted to let you know that this has rendered me speechless and that from now on you can consider me your fangirl.
