I think we struck a good compromise. It might not have gotten all the way through the skull, but it at least relieved some of the pressure. ;)

I've seen people spell "foreword" as "forward" in professionally published books. Errors happen, especially in first editions. Don't sweat it.

Dammit, that was me. I want credit for my pedantry!

I'm also from the perfectionist school. Not sure whether I'm more or less crazy than Chad. Let's just use the phrase "own special way".

Weell - you could look at it this way. This version can become a collector's item if other revisions are made.

Because I'm looking to console myself for not being able to afford the hardcover limited edition, may I ask a question? Will these errors be fixed in the softcover edition to be released soon?
