It's a bit of a rip that Bouwmeester didn't get named but it came down to pretty much one thing. Doughty has been on fire and Bo has been working into this new system(along with the rest of the team) and the miscues made him look not as solid ( ... )

One and a weird occurrence may be coming in a few weeks as long as injuried don't happen

Jarome Iginla will play game 1000 on the road February 5th against the Panthers...

the next night against the Lightning will be game 1000 for Daymond Langkow. I have to believe that's never happened before in the NHL.
