I
recently posted about a favorite blogger posting a 101 goals in 1,001 days list.
I noticed
curtishart is
giving the list a try. It sounds like he's compiling a good list, so I'll post my list, hoping to give him some ideas.
There are a few things on my list that I'm leaving off. Some of the things on the list are personal things, and some things will hopefully be surprises for some people and I don't want to ruin things.
1. Be at my ideal weight by the end of 2007. Ideally, by Cynthia's birthday (Halloween) I've missed this one...but I don't feel too bad about it because I've dropped some sizes with clothes and I'm healthy enough to ramp up exercising, so this is now something I'm shooting for as a birthday gift to myself.

making the list has been cool--it's reminded me that when I just worked a job for a job's sake and did things I loved, I was more happy. Granted, I'd love having money to seriously travel, but I know in tackling this list that there's a way for me to balance my job and happiness instead of a career and stress.
And yeah, yeah...I know you can have a "career" and not have stress, but I live close to work, work with great people, and needing more money to make some dreams come true is the fire under my ass to keep writing :)
