So, I go to the doc for the first time in 12ish years (ankle issues don't count) and I'm told, "Wow 42 and not on meds, that's amazing."  Really?  That's amazing?  What, we are all supposed to get medicated up?  My blood pressure was a bit high, but my co-workers think I should give it a few days and relax before I go in and get it taken again.  I
