So I just had a brainstorm. The newest magic set's (Worldwake) pre-release is next weekend. And the large regional event will be in Houston. So I went to the only game shop in Conroe. And as I got in my car only one word came to mind. Ick.

So one of my favorite board games is Descent: Journeys in the Dark. Some people claim that its like d&d as a board game. Though I think it harks back to some of the more fantastic pure dungeon delving games like Warhammer Quest or Hero Quest.
