SGA: "The Difference Engine" by Copperbadge has a robot!John & "Ok Computer" by Cesperanza has an Ai!John (and a real John). I get the feeling I read at least one other John-as-a-robot fic but I can't quite recall.

Do Winchesters dream of Electric impalas? by Kellifer_fic was also quite good (Robot!Dean) and Jerakeen's AI fic had a robot!Kris and was fun enough: "But I still have dreams"
