Ooh interesting, thanks for sharing! IDK I can see Cesare killing Juan, they were already SO strained and jealous and competitive last season, and if it got worst...of course it might just be an accident/after a fight rather than a cold premeditated murder, who knows? Either way it sure should be interesting, bring on s2! :D

I also appreciate Showtime's president talking about the show/taking an interest like this, I hope it has many seasons to come! (At least 4 like The Tudors)...

I've read somewhere that Juan's body had several stabs, so if they follow history, it'd be unlikely for the murder to be accidental. Although this hypothesis really pleases me, I've never though about it in that way...!

I actually cannot wait. Season 2 seems so far away...

I think it will be very interesting how the tension and the corruption of and between the characters is developed throughout this series. If Cesare's going to become a lot darker and dangerous, then I think he will have a hand in killing his brother in the series..

As for Da Vinci and Machiavelli.............GAAAAAAAAAAAAH! It's gonna be even more interesting now with them having bigger roles. Machiavelli was one of my favourite characters in season 1. :D

I wonder if they'll ever show Cesare getting syphilis. It'd be nice if we consider the character's development, since it's said the scars on his face made him feel very uncomfortable. Around the same time, Lucrezia was happily married, so we can all imagine how anguished he should have been.

But when it comes to physical features, I'm always quite apprehensive. TV shows creators tend to want beautiful appearances for their leading actors. With Tudors, for example, we never got to see Henry in all his degradation, no matter how important that aspect was.

Drat. No mention of C/L.

I still hope they'll still go for "unresolved" ending for Juan's murder. That's how it is in real life anyway. heheh

Although there's no mention of Cesare/Lucrezia, I have my hopes next season will show plenty of action between them. I mean, I sincerely hope the producers know how a great deal of the success of this series comes from their relationship... And how much the fans would dearly love to see more inappropriate interactions, lol.

Aww man! Too bad no more of Juan's lol-worthy moments =(!

I was actually hoping his death would be like the Dallas show "Who shot JR?" type of open plothole. Cesare was always suspected because of how he wanted to be the one in the armor (along with being the favourite son) but the other Borgia brother Gioffre was also suspected because of Juan's affair with Sancia. He had made a lot of enemies when he was alive.

No more Juan... It makes me a bit sad. I became quite enchanted by David Oakes after I started following him on Twitter. I mean, he's just such a nice guy, lol.

Well they are following the house of Borgia most important events =(.

Maybe he'll be back kind of like a ghost appearing in Rodrigo's dreams or appear as a spiritual conscience for the Borgia family in time of need.
