See, this is why I like December and Christmas - there's always something to celebrate in this dark period of the year.
Today is Lucia day! (Saint Lucy's Day), which is a tradition celebrated with singing, candles and eating Lussekatter (saffron buns).

I hope your colleague who fainted didn't have candles on her head like the girl in the picture, that could have been dangerous!

no, she was just holding a candle ;)
Someone grabbed it quickly enough, so nothing happened :)

Oddly enough, it's not that uncommon for people to faint in Lucia trains. I'm surprised there really hasn't been any serious injuries with candles. (thankfully)
