Here are the details of last night's training for lower body and abs

Lower Body
Leg Press - 2 reps at 90 lbs
Leg Extention - 2 reps at 45 lbs
Leg Curl - 2 reps at 45 lbs
Rotary Calf - 2 reps at 55 lbs
Glute - 2 reps at 50 lbs
Hip Abductor - 2 reps at 50 lbs
Hip Adductor - 2 reps at 70 lbs

Abdominals

you're warming up before and stretching after, right? (to prevent injury)

Yep. Cardio comes first, stretching comes last.
