Here are the details of last night's training for lower body and abs

Lower Body
Leg Press - 2 reps at 90 lbs
Leg Extention - 2 reps at 45 lbs
Leg Curl - 2 reps at 45 lbs
Rotary Calf - 2 reps at 55 lbs
Glute - 2 reps at 50 lbs
Hip Abductor - 2 reps at 50 lbs
Hip Adductor - 2 reps at 70 lbs

Abdominals
Roman Chair - 2 reps of a set of 15 (Lord, I was shocked I could do this)
Abdominal - 2 reps at 70 lbs
Ab Cruch - 2 reps at 62.5
Ab Bench - 2 reps of a set of 15 
Lower Back Extension - 2 reps of a set of 15
