Oh no Gaz and Robbie for the long drop (and a sudden stop) Jason off trying to persuade the troops to mutiny, Richard... well don't know what he's up to yet, and Howard has James' missing Imperial comb spanner - which is going to need a good going over with WD40!
And Markie, half starved but still fighting - Cowell's obsession could well prove his downfall ‘No. Orange and Barlow can go, but I still want Mark. I needed him to control Williams.’ that's the excuse he gives May, but I have a feeling he just doesn't want to lose this particular toy!
Can't wait for part 2 (oh by the way you've written ch 23 at the beginning)

Yes, clearly the biggest worry here is the spanner. poor James!! It's amazing he's still sane... ;)
Oh, yes, naughty Cowell - any excuse to keep hold of his pretty toy ;)
Re: chapter number. whoops :P This thing is getting a little hard to control, in every way. I will go and change it - thanks for letting me know and thanks so much for reading :)

Indeed, in the midst of a facist dictatorship, wormholes and general chaos to have also lost a spanner - James really must be teetering on the edge (ooh if he does lose his sanity it could go and live with ours - think about it it could do all the tidying up!!).
Glad to see the 'hand' making an appearence - I could hear the faint hiss of hydaulics as he grabbed Mark's hair - that shouldn't have the effect on me that it does!
And you thought they were hard to control when they were at sea!!!!

James' sanity is welcome to join us. I think Mark's might be coming too, so we're never going to have to worry about cleaning again :D :D :D
"Glad to see the 'hand' making an appearence - I could hear the faint hiss of hydaulics as he grabbed Mark's hair - that shouldn't have the effect on me that it does!" - ooooooh, I should have added that hiss. You should be writing this, not me ;)
hehe, quite!!!

I have been hoping all weekend there would be a new installment today. So I was happy that indeed there was one.
Poor, poor Markie... still stuck with Cowell and getting weaker. Someone please save him soon!
Oh dear, Gaz and Rob are in serious trouble now. This can't be good at all. Will poet Jason save them?
And what is Hamster up to now? Will he be the one to accidentally save the day? Argh, all these questions I have now... *g*
Again I find myself eagerly awaiting the next chapter. :)

The paper was quite fun to make, actually. It was very easy, using a generator website. They said you weren't supposed to use real names in the newspapers, but hopefully nobody will shout at me ;)
Hehe, Hamster is certainly up to something, as is poet Jason. I'm hoping that them *all* trying to save the day won't cancel each other out, because that might be a disaster!!
Thanks so much for reading, and more very soon :)

It looks very cool that paper... really works for the fic too. I hope they will keep silent about the use of names...
Uh oh, yeah... we can't have them do that. They finally have to come together to make it work, or poor Mark will always be stuck with Cowell.

Aw, yes, I really think Mark deserves a bit of proper rescuing soon! I promise you they will succeed within the next two chapters, or possibly I will go mad too!!

Dear me poor Markie in hospital! It's not fair! *cries*
And I agree! FREE BARLOW AND WILLIAMS NOW!

Haha, I know, but it is Mark's lot in life to get whumped, so it seems ;)
I'm sure the other two will be okay, though. I tend to be nicer to them ;)

Aw! Theirloveissodemented!
I imagine Gary and Robbie being in a cell together must be going smoothly.
It is interesting that the poet and the beauty are much more effective at this revolution business than the politician or the mad bomber. Don't tell Richard that - he wouldn't take it well.
I'm still hoping for fireworks. Big ones.

"I imagine Gary and Robbie being in a cell together must be going smoothly." - you will learn about that one rather sooner...
"It is interesting that the poet and the beauty are much more effective at this revolution business than the politician or the mad bomber" - this is because I have (probably slightly inept) romantic ideals. If I started on the other reasons for the I opted for this, I would get rather long-winded and boring, and would probably sound equally inept.
Oh, and thanks for reading! The end is in sight, honest... Than I have to work on all those missing scenes!!!

Gary and Robbie sound fun.
Your ideals are sweet.
Glad to read. I quite like this one. Most of your Take That stuff isn't to my taste, but this has lots of adventure, and plotty stuff that goes above and beyond the romance element, and general awesomeness. And a Mad Hamster doesn't hurt anything.

HOW DARE HE WANNA KILL MY GARY
*is mad, very mad*
ok... back to my senses now! he wants to kill Rob as well :-(( and is james really a traitor now, or playing some trick on simon with that machine issue. i wonder what's that vacuum cleaner thing he was talking to *thinks*
poor markie locked up and gonna be force-fed
i hope the coronation turns into some disaster for simon, and the public get access to the paper that howard and co. have published

So that disaster you've forecast might be on the cards...
Thanks for reading, and more soon :)
