I wish I could find out who/what my Spirit Guide(s)™ are ... that would be so awesome ...

You'll just have to ask them!

In a nutshell, it's simply a matter of not looking for them. Just freeing your mind and letting them reveal themselves to you as they see fit. You'll just know. I've always loved wolves, but then I've also always loved horses, elk, cougars, crows, snakes, weasels and countless other animals. Wolves never had any real significant meaning to me until after Guardian revealed himself.

And here are all the reasons why I'm mostly solitary! ;D And I like your Guardian, s/he shares many traits with one of mine, lol.

Yeah, it sucks though. I really wish I could find someone who really did seem to know what was out there... I mean, if that guy had have let us count the total we came up with of Spirit Guides™ and it really WAS the number that he had come out with... then I'd be paying much closer attention to anything this guy had to say!

But everyone I've ever seen who's claimed knowledge of anything spiritual has never been able to show or say anything that proved to me that they really did know anything. Oooh, there was one woman. She randomly came up to me at an opening night and said some haunting things.

Heehee, Guardian is pretty unobtrusive and quiet most of the time, but when he strongly objects or supports something it's usually very obvious!

Yeah, that's why I'm pretty solitary. I've been lucky to find people online who are willing to write about and discuss their work, so I can learn from that, and I've met people in college, but it's hard finding someone who's not full of bullshit and trying to sell you something.

I like the idea of having a Spirit Guide™, but I don't like the idea of someone making money off of it and trademarking it, haha!

I know I should be more open minded, but I think my eyes would roll out of the back of my head if I went to one of these things! You, however, seem much more grounded and realistic in your beliefs -- I certainly agree that things should be quantifiable!

My dad can dowse. The stick dropped a bit for him when he was over water, but when the guy who taught him touched him on the arm, it pointed directly at the ground! :p

Honestly, the people in these groups scare me. They all come in claiming to be able to do all this voodoo bullshit, but none of them believe anyone else either, so it's all basically a group of people sitting around seeing who's cock is the biggest. It's sad is what it is. Makes it kind of embarrassing to be there.

I want to believe that there are people out there who can communicate with the other side in a tangible way, but if they really can do it, it shouldn't be that hard to prove!

Heh, that's something that we can work on if you really want to! Not sure how good I would be at it, but it would definitely be worth exploring!
