Fack! That really sucks, sorry to hear it :( I hate winter driving (not that we've had much winter here, yet) - have to get my winter tires on ASAP.

Was it the Stealth, or a different car? (Admittedly not as up as I should be on your car situation.)

Aww, thanks! If all goes well, hopefully we'll be able to find another car and be gone from this hellhole and back to Alberta for two blessed weeks! We found poor Crowbait with only a week's notice, maybe we'll find a new car in two days?
