Free advertising?

I know, I know. I'm a very particular person when it comes to Capitalism. I'm wary of advertising and absolutely loathe it when products make claims that are blatantly untrue. But I appreciate good ad campaigns, and if an advertisement irritates me enough I'll boycott the product purely on principal

I've been looking for awesome winter gloves for forever!! I will definitely keep an eye out for them around here...where did you get yours from??

I got them from a little locally owned tack shop in Regina called Horse and Rider.

I bet you that Lammle's carries them - I know I've seen Heritage gloves there before. You could also call Equi-Products and see if they have them.

I'ma gonna have to convert that to Fahrenheit to see if we ever get cold enough here for them to be used, but you're certainly converting me to their side. I never wear gloves doing barn chores because I hate not being able to use my hands properly, and normally I keep active enough that they don't get cold. But considering how ass-clenchingly freezing this winter's being (or I should say fall, really, since 'true' winter's not even here yet) I might need a pair.
