Met with the Surgeon today
The Surgeon said he would not operate on me (which was what I wanted to hear, since I have had some bad luck with that in the past year). He was a surgeon I trust to keep the bs to a minimum. It was good to know that I did not need surgery unless I wanted to fix a cosmetic problem where the scar healed incorrectly. There is no pain coming from that ( Read more... ) -

Up and down we go, wee!
Today is an in-between day.
I want to get things accomplished, I just lack the motivation to do so.
Perhaps I can overcome that. Ok painting, here I come...maybe. -
Of Consequence
Never before have I heard a president referred to as "Mr. their last name" rather than "Mr. President" or "President their last name" What has changed? Why do I keep hearing radio commentators and tv anchors referring to him as "Mr. Obama", rather than "Mr. President"? This really miffs me. Not sure why, but it does ( Read more... ) -

New baby on the way, new entry in lj
We are so excited! We are expecting a baby girl Sept 15th. Her due date is the 22nd, but the c-sect is planned due to Ju's birth.
I have been in school, and have been quite busy nesting. It is nice to visit lj and see how everyone has been doing.
I look forward to catching up.
