Running low on tea so I went to Lupicia's website last week to order some more, since there aren't any stores out east.  :<  Had a $20 gift card I was gonna use, but turns out the website doesn't have any method of inputting gift cards, so called customer service to change it into a gift certificate.  They couldn't do it right away, so they said ( Read more... )

That's pretty good customer service making up for a goof up. The 50 cents does seem kind of random. Maybe it played well on their books or something?

Makes me wonder if you'd get credited even more if you reported the error. x_X;

Might have been an internal thing, but I didn't have a certificate code to check the payment function either. :x They credited the balance directly to my account rather than giving me a code to input at the checkout.

Lupicia is a great company but their website needs some work! They should take some tips from this excellently designed and incredibly well written e-store.

I love flavored/fruity teas, and they have the best selection/quality of flavored teas that I've ever encountered at any retailer. :D It's like being a kid at ToysRUs! Their flavored teas are so fragrant I told Alvin (goliant) that it's like a puff of happiness every time I open the tea container! ;D You should check it out if you drink tea on a regular basis! My most recent order consisted of: Ramune Black Tea (JP soda flavor), Pineapple Oolong (meant to taste like feng li su, Taiwanese pineapple cakes ♥), Honey & Pear Black Tea, and Mango Oolong!
