Bread Porn

The bread I was making the other day came out wonderfully. I feel a little silly for the number of happy dances I've done over it, but I seriously thought it was going to be a semi-edible brick, and it turned out to be one of the better loaves I've ever made. Did yours come out of the dutch oven okay? Every damn time I've tried to make that bread, I've had to CHISEL the bottom of the loaf off the pot.

It has consistently popped right out with no prodding. We preheated the dutch oven really well, and, I think, spritzed it with a little oil before putting the dough in.
