It was 82 degrees out when I walked Juno at 6:15 this morning. It's 88 degrees now, at 10:20, and supposed to hit 103 this afternoon. There's an ozone/air quality warning today, and a heat advisory through 10 pm on Friday.

Drink lots of water! We got an email at work this morning describing heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke, and what to do in each situation and how to avoid them to begin with, which boiled down to basically, try to stay cool and drink lots of water (no alcohol, little or no caffeine).
