 I made it the whole night without looking at the RAW for this week's episode! Yay!

I adored the fact that Iba-fukutaichou and Ikkaku were like "wait, what?" and Izuru just seemed to totally understand the situation~

I was totally thinking about how those two couldn't believe Izuru could leave Shuuhei so easily...w/c in my head wasn't easy at all but Izuru trusts Shuuhei and believes in him and, like you said, Izuru totally understands how Shuuhei needs this confrontation with Kazeshini and and and hellooooo~ plot bunny. O.O

All in all, this wasn't too bad an episode. The replay of Shuu's and Kazeshini's fight could have been shorter, though, and they could have made the baby cuter. But I totally enjoyed the camaraderie of the guys here, especially Shuuhei's and Izuru's obvious omg-totally-in-your-face-yes-we-are-that-close friendship. XD

And my heart may have twisted just a bit when Kazeshini said "Don't cry".

Here's hoping Izuru gets some air time!

It's been so long since we've seen the love between these two~ So glad it was in there this week, and it was nice and subtle, which somehow made it even nicer~!

Yeah surprisingly I really enjoyed it, though I'm sure if it were based on any character I probably have not enjoyed it at all, haha.

The don't cry line didn't need a Kensai flashback, not when the focus was so clearly on the 69 tattoo on Hisagi's face! ^.^
