Quite honestly? When things began for us, I never expected us to be this close. At all. You were someone I was familiar with that enjoyed the same thing I did, Pandora Hearts, and it was good to discuss on about and the like but I didn't think it would get any farther than that. Then you suggested we should meet up, and immediately I thought-- well, sure, I wouldn't mind. It sounded like fun, but hey I'm gradually an awkward person upon meeting people for the first time and that's exactly what happened. We met up but I was really really nervous. To the point I practically ignored you, paying attention mostly to my best friend and I just felt incredibly guilty for. I figured, oh well now she'll think I'm a jerk, that she won't like me since I ignored her. And things will end there

I also have something silly to add.. Whenever I'm upset, down, or sad, I listen to the piano recordings on my Voicemail. They may just be something simple, but to me they mean a lot. Because you took time to play them for me, and I appreciate the thought so much. So to say, they make that day all the more better.

And I can promise you by next year, I'll still be listening to them. /keeps forever.

Okay, where do I even begin? Because I know anything I say will end with "You. Are so cute." coming from you. And I don't know if I can take that without flipping even more tables than I already do. But to start with, you're nothing that I expected. is taiwan naked in that icon by the way idek man I guess that's because all we did when we met was bicker at each other. Dear Self,

I hope you changed to become someone that you want to be. I really do. It'll be a year before you get to see this again...And when you do just think about whether you did. You want to touch other peoples hearts and lives, I know that. So, good luck. Next year you'll be finally 18 and in college. You're nervous about college applications now but hey you're finished with that now. Just wait, I'm sure you won't regret whichever choice you make there. You already have a plan with your friend and you trust her. It will be fine. Just, I hope you picked a major already.

Oh. You should seriously start learning how to drive by the way. I don't approve of you not knowing still when you're going to be 18 soon D:<. Well, depending on where you go I suppose...bikes are nice too. It's good exercise and cuts down the pollution that you would be making if you drove. ANYWAYS. I HOPE YOU'RE DRIVING BY THE TIME YOU SEE THIS AGAIN

I've never been good at truly expressing my feelings with words, but I'm going to give it a shot for you!

It hasn't been long since we met(I believe it was May?), but it feels like it's been much longer. I'm quite a bit older than you, and we're quite far apart but I feel close to you.

Even though you're far apart, I want to protect you, encourage you and watch you grow. Your successes are my successes. You're the reason why I still post on LJ, you're the one I write for now.

Thank you for being so wonderful, and I hope I can be there for you as much as you are for me.
