I think I must have done something very wrong in a past life because I'm sick again. My throat just started hurting last night and my I kept sneezing and now I have a full on head cold and feel a bit hot and shivery. Aaaawwww! That's such rotten luck. Actually, colds have been wandering around my office recently too. One of my co-workers has gotten two different colds within a week of each other. Thankfully, I'm still cold-free. I bet I've jinxed it by typing that, though. ^_^;;

Isn't 'What is this Feeling?' just a BRILLIANT song? It's so CLEVER. It's almost 30's-40's musical level of clever in lyrics. And Stephen Schwartz can really write a belt number -- 'Defying Gravity' mostly always gives me goosebumps. It's so predictable and simple -- but so darn good!!

OK, I'm off my tangent now. :-D

LOL yep it's very clever. Although the one that currently breaks my heart is "I'm Not That Girl". So sad. But "Defying Gravity" is definitely the goosebumps song and the one I keep singing without realizing that I am.

And obviously Kristin Chenoweth is god. Or was that Patty LuPone? ;)

I think, in this case, they are both God. Maybe even Idina Menzel as well. Though she does a lot of silly stuff when she's not on stage. Have you seen her immensely silly music video? It's hiLArious.

Sigh. And she's so cool in Rent and Wicked. Why-oh-why does she ever do anything besides musicals?

I'm so glad you've discovered the joy that is the wicked soundtrack. I saw wicked right after it came out a few years ago. It was amazing. Just ... gah. And the soundtrack does not dissapoint.

Also, Chris may be able to give you a run for your money in jelly bean eating. :-p
