My body is refusing to reboot from working nights. I shifted to lates (4p.m.-1 a.m.) last Saturday and yet it still refuses to allow me sleep. I feel like death warmed up. I've been feeling crummy all week: nauseated and hot and my asthma has been super bad. I felt rubbish again this morning and had to take my salbutamol before I left for work which is never a good sign. I've been gasping for air for the last twenty-four hours or so. My asthma suddenly began acting up yesterday causing me to to cough and wheeze. It's super attractive. It means I've forked out for the bus twice today because I'm not up to cycling. And whenever I use the bus I remember why I cycle. It's so much cheaper and so much faster.

On Saturday my Dad called me up and told me he was recovering from a migraine. I sympathized because I get them too and they're horrible. I'm sick again. I'm beginning to wonder if I have an immune system at all. I've spent the last twenty-four hours burning up (not literally) and feeling like I'm about to vomit but not actually doing so. Lovely. I'm sure you all wanted to know that.
