Started reading HP again and wow, I forgot what it was like being in a fandom that hits the quadfecta--lots of long fic, lots of fic, lots of fic in my pairing(s), lots of well written fic

hey, C! the hp fandom is amazing! unfortunately, with so much fiction, it's hard to know where to start! got any more recs for me, pretty please, lovely friend?

I really love Harry at Hogwarts-type stories. long, plotty, complete fics, of course. I especially love unusual creature features (unless they're really well done, vampire, werewolf and veela stories just don't interest me that much). any and all directions would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have preferences pairing wise, up to a certain book, canon compliant, dark or light, angst or humor etc...? A lot of the recs I have are older and totally jossed by now but I've been periodically keeping up.

oooooooo, recs! thank you! as for pairing: harry/draco mostly definitely. they are my otp. severus/remus, sirius/remus, ron/hermoine. . . but only if these pairings appear as side romances to the main harry/draco couple. weird, I know. like I could never read an entire story only about r/hr but I have to have them in the story with h/d
