embarrassment of riches
Started reading HP again and wow, I forgot what it was like being in a fandom that hits the quadfecta--lots of long fic, lots of fic, lots of fic in my pairing(s), lots of well written fic.
Most of my fandoms for the last little while have been sadly lacking in one or more of those, and sometimes all of them.
Thinking about that lead me to think about movie fandoms and wonder if any generate a lot of fic...ones that don't have alternate source material. Which in turn lead me to hope that there's lots of fic for Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes since it looks terribly slashy from the ads.
That thinking caused me to realize that it's only July but I've already gotten most of my Yuletide fandoms picked out.
Monk, Entourage RPS, Rock n Rolla and the Mentalist. Such is my brain, now I'm back to craving fic in those fandoms *sigh*
